Last Thursday I introduced the terms Biotic and Abiotic to my students
I got a lot of weird responses like, “your hair isn’t living, doesn’t mean that’s an Abiotic factor?” haha no, it’s biotic because it’s attached to you…
Anyway, my student rocked Biotic and Abiotic so I decided they needed some fun! So we hit the pavement and went outside!
I tasked my students with finding all the Biotic and Abiotic features of our school’s ecosystem!
